WHAT YOU NEED IN ORDER TO HIRE

The following must be EMAILED to us 72 hours before collection.

A copy of both front and back of your drivers licence ( This does not count as a form of ID ) 

X2 Forms of ID with your name and address on which are no older than 30 days ( these can be utility bills ) or 1 bill and a copy of your passport

Drivers licence check code obtained from DVLA ( you will need your drivers licence and NI number to get this )

PAYMENT

Due in full via the online booking system.

£100 Cash bond is to be brought with you on collection of the box, This will be refunded on return of a clean un damaged box with full fuel.

CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS FOR HIRE 

Drivers must be a minimum of 23 years old with 2years driving experience. 
Drivers to have no more than 6 penalty points on the licence.
Insurance excess is £500 in the case of an accident
All boxes must be returned with a full tank of fuel and cleaned out.
There is a 250 mile per day cap, chargeable at 0.25p per every mile thereafter.

CANCELLATION POLICY ?

⭐️Cancellation policy⭐️

If your booking is cancelled more than 7 days prior your hire , 50% of your hire fee can be transferred to another date or refunded - the remaining 50% balance will be non refundable. 

If booking is cancelled LESS than 7 days prior to your hire - all monies will be non refundable or transferable
